The Soul's Hidden Face

Deep within the cavern of our unconscious reside our forbidden feelings, secret wishes, hidden hurts and creative urges.  Over time, these forces become what we call our 'shadow.'  Bringing our shadow out into the light brings deeper self-knowledge and authenticity, better relationships, and often the ability to tap into our creative depths.
