When a young girl is found washed up at the base of the cliffs in Whitby, the police suspect human trafficking.



Coming off the high of catching a vicious murderer, Drew and Harriet are called on to investigate a series of seemingly unconnected, and random, crimes.



One of which Harriet fears bears all the hallmarks of a fledgling serial killer.
