I absolutely love this book series and wish Disney would turn it into a movie series or tv series it would be just amazing.

Amazing job by both the author and narrator. Star Wars canon will only be a letdown with this left out.

10/10 By far my best reading/listening experience. I listen to all three books at least once every couple of years and the first book is my favorite. Thrilling story, fantastic reading and great immersion with the background sound and music. I only wished there were more books like this as I have not found anything of similar caliber. And despite all the evil deeds done by the protagonist, you kind of root for him. Have never experienced that before. If only someone did Bane right by making a television series as dark and cold as him.

My favorite book was Darth Plaguies until I listened to this. It’s such a great story and the narrator was amazing!

The Darth Bane books are just awesome

Tediously old gender roles: the women seem to exist solely to be saved by men. The women look forward to “budding” so they can be given to a man to make babies, preferably male. The women wear thick skirts and petticoats which seems to make it harder to run away from the demons. Apparently if you’re a woman wearing trousers is a more terrifying proposition than being burned and/or mauled by a coreling (demon). It’s all too predictable and dumb.

Brilliant narration, with a thrilling and gripping story. The sound effects, music and ambience make it so immersive. Amazing audiobook.

Brilliant! One of the best Star Wars books I have read, second only to Darth Plagus.

Some people don't like Jonathan's reading, but I rather enjoy it. This story is engaging and fulfilling. Though, if I could change anything, I feel that Bane came to his legendary Rule of Two far too easily. Other than that, this story tells its story wonderfully.

The voices chosen for each character were great! Also the sound effects and music were a surprising plus!!! I love this book and have read it a few times but this brought it to life for me and allowed me to experience and enjoy it in a whole new way!

I love this story. Sometimes it can be hard for me to get into Star Wars authors but I love this trilogy. I am on my second time listening. Well narrated and very addictive.

I can't get enough of the Star Wars universe and the detail in which characters such as earth bane are laid out for you in books like this are gratifying. I highly recommend any of the old republic books but definitely the Darth bane series

Great audiobook and one of my favourites in the Star Wars universe. Loved the Bane character and story moves at a good pace throughout. By the time you get to the end you'll be ready to purchase the second in the series!

A fantastic story of the other side of the Force. Bane is easily the most compelling character in the Star Wars universe.
