Rhett was prepared for everything when he ventured out into the national park to rescue a missing tourist—but he wasn’t prepared to find a starship.

Former police detective Garrett Foster does not believe in justice anymore. Eight years ago, he gave up his badge to become a park ranger, hoping for a life far away from other people’s problems.
Then he discovers a crashed starship hidden deep in the park’s wilderness.

The ship belongs to an interstellar peacekeeping organization that calls itself the Galactic Guardians, and through an unfortunate chain of events, Rhett becomes a member.
The problem? Every other Guardian vanished nearly two hundreds years ago, without a trace.
All that remains of the Galactic Guardians are abandoned space stations, derelict ships… and Rhett, who now has the keys to it all.
