Was a very good book

I have followed Simon Sinek in multiple medium and social media. Read his book(s), watch his videos and short clips, and i get inspired everytime. I decide to do a refresher of start with Why through audiobook this time around and it hit me in a different angle, maybe its timing maybe is the trends today (AI). What inspired me today is his decision to not trademark the golden circle and allow anyone and everyone to apply and use it. It resonated because he allow it to be heard.

So good and appropriate. I plan on listening to it again (and probably again). Thank you

It is a very smart book with a lot of wise insights. The same examples of the same companies seem too repetitive for me, although I admit it might have been the author's intention. I especially liked the personal touch he brought in.

Book could probably be half as long without so many redundant examples. Mostly common sense to me, but glad it speaks to those where it isn't.

Very interesting

Simono repeated too much the topic, possible so much repetitions and so much examples were needed whon nobody understood the concept, for those like most of managers, who understand the concept, heard or read something in internet, and want to complement our understanding the book turns boaring

Great read. I enjoyed and understood the importance of leadinpg with a root cause of your WHY. The book discussed how leading with WHY changes the outcome and how others perceive and interact with you or your product.The book It also touched on the importance of always reflecting on your why at all times to maintain and drive clear focus. The reader is left to pinpoint/identify what their why is. and allow that to be the driving force.

Very inspiring and great insight. Especially great because the narrator was the writer himself. However, some of the examples of companies were repeated redundantly. Would've been more immersive if there were a wider range of aspects covered.

I'm listening to this in 2023. Underlying message is definitely valuable and worth remembering, but unfortunately it's padded with more anecdotal rather than factual fluff leaning heavily into examples relevant to late 90's and 00's that in the current world feel dated. In contrast with books such as Dale Carnegie's 'How to win friends and influence people' that was published in 1936 and still feels timeless, this book does a poor job of explaining it's ideas in a way that's relatable to everyone. I recommend instead finding a summary or short explanation of the book.

This book does a great job of showing you a path to travel that helps you become a better version of yourself both in your personal life and your career field.

I loved it and i recommend it for everyone to listen to discover how much rely upon himself is an awful mistake. then attractive other people as friends to know about them is still much better.

It’s not that I didn’t like the message. I liked that but I really think the book was repetitive and he could’ve said the same thing in like an hour.

Great read. I loved the real world examples to explain the concept and reasoning of starting with “why “. It gave me some excellent ideas on how to apply it to myself and my profession.

Simon’s points of view change my perspective completely! One of the best authors from these times, big follower.
