Summary
After hearing Mr. Enfield's account of a distressing event involving Edward Hyde, the heir of his friend, Henry Jekyll, John Utterson is convinced that Jekyll's relationship with Hyde is built on something sinister. Utterson's concern for his friend is not unfounded but the reasons aren't quite what he, at first, believes. (Summary by Kristin Hughes)

Having found myself in the pitiful state of temporary blindness, I decided to try audiobooks. I made the promise to choose only those books I would rarely pick from the library shelf. I am really enjoying the stories and I would listen to this narrator read a phone book...beautiful voice! Thank you for providing this service. I’m going to keep listening even though my vision is returning!

While I do feel like the author took the easy way out by structuring the book like he did, one can't deny that it's well written. Apart from a somewhat lacking audio quality, the narration is perfect, and it's really a masterclass of how much a narrator should insert themselves in the telling of a story.
