Wow, I guess we all know what foods are basically good for us but this author expounds on why they are good for us and what they exactly "do" in our bodies....especially good if we worry about different ailments.
Such an AMAZING BOOK... you can guess some of the SuperFoods... but some take you by suprise.. I have all on a list now.. and try to get a half dozen or so every day!! Gooo Popeye, eat your Spinich.. Rent this one... you will want to buy it, and let all your friends and family borrow it!!
