I truly enjoyed the stories and I was surprised how Mr. Gray actually gives some candid comments on people and organizations within the book. There is one thing though that did take me by surprise, and that is Mr. Gray's non-stop ways he finds to compliment himself in the narrative. He obviously kept every positive thing ever said or written about him in life and he puts it in the book throughout. In any case, it is a very good book.
Ok, I did enjoy this however I thought it jumped around so much that it was hard to follow at times. I also feel that at one time or another Gray describes at least a half dozen athletes as the “greatest competitor” he ever met? There are many nuggets in here that I never knew and overall it was quite interesting.
