Unabridged Audiobook
Very well written and read. A beautiful way of explaining Tao using pooh and vice versa. Love this one
This is a great overview of basic Daoist principles that in many ways feels like a reimagining of classic daoist texts. The narrator, Simon Vance, brings life to the characters and makes for an entertaining listen. We really didn’t expect to listen to the whole thing today, but suddenly we found ourselves at the end!
This book isn't about Daoism, it's about Daoism from the perspective of an entitled and priveledged person. The author has a 'holier than thou' attitude and the book comes off as patronizing towards those that don't understand or practice Daoism. Also Pooh's character is inconsistent...
So lovely. Made me understand the Tao in a practical way, and feel the glee of childhood at the same time. The narrator was so well suited and enjoyable to listen to. I ended the book feeling like I was on a cloud.
Original in its approche. It made me laugh at times and be inspired some other times. I will never see Winnie the Pooh the same way!
