Unabridged Audiobook
I listened to this while working on a few creative tasks and found the sounds easy to have in the background. It gave me a calm space to focus without being distracting. I especially liked using it when I needed a quiet change of pace.
Well done! Second audiobook in this collection. I listened to the first one so many times that I needed something new and with this author I don’t have to lose time searching too much. He deliver what he promised
I’ve been listening to this at night when I need to switch off after a long day. The sounds are calming without being distracting, and I usually notice I’m more relaxed after a while. Nothing dramatic, just a pleasant way to slow my mind down before sleep. Differently from the audiobooks on the same subject this is clearly produced by real sound engineers and rhe stereo effect with 3D sounds is incredibly well done.
I enjoyed having this on in the background while working. The sound is steady and relaxing, and it helped create a quieter atmosphere when I needed to focus. Nothing complicated, just an easy listen when I wanted some calm.
