Unabridged Audiobook
The memoir was good, although a bit messy… I preferred it if all events were organized in a chronological way. The author’s explanations of Iran’s historical events were accurate. The narrator’s tone was ok …. But she frequently misspelled Persian names , words and on occasion sentences … which was really hard on the ears of Persian listeners. It would have been better if the author narrated the book herself like her other book “Reading Lolita in Tehran” although I liked the story of this book more.
Very enjoyable glance into life in a family, layered with a backdrop of the changes in Iran over a few decades.
