Perfect for everybody looking for a spiritual path that is alternative to the usual religious dogmas. If you already practiced yoga and meditation and want to bring it to a whole new level, this is the best audio guide for you, but you need to take this seriously.

An amazing audio book for meditation, absolutely recommended!!
I have been told that I am highly initiative by several psychics and empaths but that I haven't been able to harness this intuition. Therefore I wanted to learn to open my third eye and increase this. This audiobook definitely gave me a lot of helpful information. It gives both scientific and spiritual information about the third eye and the associated pineal and pituitary glands. It also goes over ways to know that it is opening. I plan to implement several of these techniques and am excited to see how it goes! Thanks a lot for this wonderful and informative audiobook!
