Story: 5 ⭐ Spice: 3 Narration: 4.5 ⭐ I listened to the audiobook, and it was amazing! It was read to you in dual narration with 2 POVs. Both narrators were expressive and just fun to listen too. Bonus, the MMC has an Irish accent, which is yummy. I listened at 2x speed and did not have any problems understanding either narrator. This was promoted as a Beauty and the Beast x Annastasia retelling. I felt like it was heavy on Beauty and the Beast and very light on Annastasia. Did that sway me in any means? Nope. I loved the entire story. It had a fun take on the retelling as Alix was the granddaughter of Isabelle "belle". The beginning starts out as a banger, in a literal sense. A one-night stand turns into a full adult-knapping to you are going to save our kingdom. It's fabulous. If you like portal fantasy, Beauty and the Beast Retellings, winged Fae, a spicy carriage scene, touch her and vibes, save the kingdom, and it all ends in a Happily ever after. You will love this!
