A fascinating tale of a little idea snow balling into arguably one of the most influential, cultural phenomenons that is the modern day news and entertainment network. Knowing the personalities helps to track the audio a long the way as well as Mr. Miller's spectacular ability to insert his descriptions of the events and pivotal turning points in the story. This is an outstanding listen if you enjoy the oral history format of nonfiction. I had a hard time pushing pause, usually only doing so when my ears became irritated with the buds that had been stuffed in them for several hours.
Way too long audio that proves everyone's theory that ESPN is so full of itself. Most of these characters prove themselves to be self absorbed jerks.
