Thumbelina finds her true love

Thumbelina watches her friend, the swallow, fly away into the sunshine carrying with him all hope of her freedom. She agrees to marry the blind mole out of gratitude. As summer approaches and with it her wedding day, Thumbelina finds herself being doubtful of keeping her word. Must she find her way to freedom or be a loyal friend to the field mouse? On the last day of the winter, when she has lost all hope, help comes in the form of her winged friend.
