Juli Scott and her friends learn they’ve been subpoenaed to appear in court as witnesses. At first they assume it will be a brief adventure, perhaps even providing helpful knowledge for the mystery books Juli wants to write.  However, Shannon’s worry that it will be a trying and dangerous time, proves true.  They begin receiving ominous warnings and death threats, and realize they are in the midst of a hunt for revenge. Can Juli and her friends fight to do what’s right and still emerge safely through another perilous ordeal?
