The Time Travels of Arabella and Tom: Meet Captain Scott of the Antarctic

Arabella Twigg is a very ordinary girl living with her extraordinary family. Her father invents things that never work and her mother cooks food that no one can eat. Her brother, Tom, does his best to get her into trouble. Her Gran is a little strange. She likes knitting with tea bag strings and making weird clothes, but Arabella loves her all the same.

Life was quite boring for Arabella until odd things began to happen to her.

One day when it snows, Arabella and Tom decide to venture out into the blistering cold weather to go sledging with friends.

Along the way, Arabella and Tom were transported back in time and meet Captain Scott himself during his tragic expedition to the South Pole in from 1910 - 1912. They had no idea how that happened or how they would get back home.
