Superb book. Highly recommended. Author’s. Story of how he came about preparing for reading of this book hooked me in, he’s authentic. BUY IT! I have already made easy to implement positive health behaviours which previously, for years, I did not have the willpower or motivation to stick with. I have maintained these habits for 4 months now and seen some of them naturally grow.
