This book was not something I would normally read but I am so much better having been taken out of my own comfort zone. It’s not another military book nor is it a “I’m the Greatest” victory lap. Rather, it’s a book about life, faith, and determination but told in a way that everyone can relate to because it’s so damn authentic. This man had every reason to be sitting in prison right now but his no excuse attitude has led him to greatness. I hope this book finds its way into the hands of some troubled youth and changes some lives in the process - it has that power to do so.
