I love the sweetness of this book and the story but I feel like the research on her phobia was A little off with her situation seems like she should have had a different kind of phobia to me but other than that I'm not the male character and the whole family

I really didn’t like the way that the audiobook had two narrators, but they read separate chapters so often the male would do the female ch voice or the female narrator would do the male character voice. I didn’t understand why they just didn’t have them each read their own voice. Also, the female MC was irritating that she couldn’t make up her mind.

Not bad for the free book but it could have been better if the storyline flow was more realistic between the carnal desires and the love story. I’m all game for a hot steamy book with sex scenes but the way the main characters dialogue around the intimate parts seemed too much, too forced. If it was toned down slightly and in a more romantic lustful way instead of a kink addicted porn addict, it would have made the love story portion much more believable and helped the listener buy into the story.

I usually like romantic novels with some steam but I was kind of put off my some of this one. I wanted them to get on with it and go back to the plot.

I loved this book. When it first came out, I read it twice. It was wonderful to hear it come to life through narration! I always love Teddy Hamilton, and I really liked his performance as Row. Lila Winters did a nice job with Cal, though I echo another review when I note that her strange pronunciation of Kieran was a tad distracting. This is the kind of book I will probably throw on in the car while I wait for my girls in the school pickup line (and then turn it off and pretend I was listening to Taylor Swift the whole time), even though I've heard it before. I feel like I always catch something new whenever I re-read or re-listen to a book, and I'm sure it'll happen with this one, too.

The story had a lot of repetition.

Good story. The narration was excellent with one exception: the pronunciation of the name of one of the significant subcharacters, Kieran, was not consistent between the two narrators. Teddy Hamilton pronounced it how I believe is correct and how I’ve always heard it pronounced, “KEE-rin.” Lila Winters pronounced it “Kee-ARAN.” This character is present throughout the entire story and most frequently appears in the chapters narrated by Ms. Winters. It was distracting to hear the mispronunciation repeatedly throughout the story. I dropped what would have been a five-star performance down to four stars for this reason.
