Unabridged Audiobook
Book a as ok, narrations was horrible AI sucks
Not a fan of the AI narration.
The book happens within a week yet the protagonist acts like these are these are the most important people in her life. She comes across a bit too dramatic and the story is pretty predictable. The writing isn't great, the narrating is even worse. The AI voice gets the pronunciation wrong sometimes, the intonation is weird and there's random weird sounds in between. Disappointed.
audio is terrible :( story was ok but a little too predictable
Wasn't quite sure if I was gonna like this one but by the end of chapter one I was a in!!!
will not listen to Olivia-narrated book again.
very good read
Good read.
Too simple.. Very basic storyline. After Just 1 one week Emily rebels and want to save Alicia. Easy to deduce that Grant is the guilty one.
The narration was slow and very boring. The storyline itself was OK but not worth the money.
A pity for the book that an AI narrator has been used, very monotone and many glitches during the read.
Good story but robbed by the phony voice narration. Little squeaks at end of sentences and lack of overall voice inflection.
*Free Book for a reason* Narrator seems to be AI or else extremely poorly, horribly, and awfully edited. Names for characters pronounced differently. Words pronounced incorrectly. Weird pitchy noise every few minutes.
AI narrator frequently mispronounced common words which was an irritating distraction from the book experience.
decent plot, but I did NOT enjoy listening to this one. If it wasnt a short book I wouldnt have finished it. Its an AI narrator. It glitched every 15 minutes, mispronounced words and didnt enunciated words correctly. I would not recommend this book.
Lame and dumb..
Unusual mystery with twists and turns. Narrator's emphasis and volume didn't seem to fit at times. Enjoyed this writer.
Wonderful book
Story was hampered by the horrible AI narrator. It ruined the flow by mispronunciation and awkward pacing and inflection.
Good book but pretty predictable as to who the culprit is. What was happening and how quickly wasn’t very believable to me. It was a free book, so fine for that. I think the narrator was AI, but it was one of the better AIs. There were some mispronunciations but it actually was able to keep the tone of the story appropriately…which many AI readings can’t do.
An easy read that kept me entertained. With the exception of some mispronounced words, narration was fair. I try to avoid narrators who are not human for that very reason.
I really enjoyed this one, especiilly as it was a free book I'd chosen as a filler whilst waiting for my next credit to appear, I'll be checking out more in this series and this author
It was good. I wasnt expecting much but was a very welcome change from what I would normally read.
Pretty good
Terrible writing and not at all captivating
Great book!!
Quite good
I enjoyed this audio book, narrative one of the better ones of the free library
Ok story
It's a ok audio. For free.
Enjoyed every bit
It was a good story, kept me interested. Although I do agree with others that the plot was kind of easy to figure out. The narrators voice glitched a few times too, but nothing serious. Overall I’m happy
all and all not bad
This was such an awesome book! The Narrator did a great job and made me be able to get into the story just like I was reading it! I can't wait to read the second book to this series!
I had a hard time focusing on this book. it wasn't able to keep my attention.
Gripping throughout.
Good story, kept my attention from the beginning ,
I am not an audiobook person, however, I feel listening to psychological thrillers may just be the genre to make me listen more.
Book was ok but a often told storyline.
The beginning took some getting used to but eventually I got sucked in
