An undersea adventure, a guided bedtime story

This soothing guided bedtime story supports both children and adults in calming the body, settling the nervous system, and easing into deep, restorative sleep.

An undersea adventure is one of the guided bedtime stories that Kia has written. In this story, Liam, Lily are mermaids and together with their friends they are going on a treasure hunt where they must solve riddles and work together to find the treasure.

Among many other things, Kia Temmes is an inspirer, multidimensional mentor, and author with a long experience of helping people in several different ways to increase their consciousness.
