I liked narrator’s voice but her accent didn’t work for certain characters, especially those in Colorado and Colombia

good story line and the narrator did a good job although it would be nice to have an American accent for an American story.

It is what it is, repetitive but relaxing not a hard read by any means. If you have something to do while on autopilot i woiluld recomend it.

Really not sure. I like this type of book and it did have some section that were quite good but …… I think the action was a little over the top and very very unbelievable.

Not one of their best works. I agree that there wasn’t much character development. I also agree about e narrator ‘s accent… I kept thinking it was taking place in England.I really like this “author” so I’ll read the rest of the series.

Could have been a great book, with an exciting story. But, it just had no substance. Zero character development. It read like an outline of a novel. Give me some nuance, some side stories, some details for God’s sake!! And the narrator? Why narrate a book about an American SEAL/FBI Agent with someone who uses foreign pronunciations of words?

Was a good read with some plot twists.

This was a decent quick read. I love a good heroine story. I liked that though she was flawed she was still was a beast at defying the odds stacked against her! I love that the men hating on her didn't stop her drive to save lives! It's some about a women's for instinct that seems to ALWAYS be right!

Such a waste of 1 credit! the narrators all had British accents and it was supposed to be an American woman and taking place in the United States. I don't recommend this book at all.

I really enjoyed this book. Good reading by narrator.

The plot was good but if you are going to write a story about and American FBI agent and SEAL try to use a narrator that doesn’t have an accent like Diana Bustelo. Some of us deep dove into these books and sometimes can’t get over the voice.

Really enjoyed this book to the point I was listening to it at home and not just in the car. Will be checking out what other books this author has written

Brilliant what’s book 2

The book itself needs more detail. In my opinion there was room to give this story a real back bone, but it fell short for me. Everything was a bit too convenient, and lacked creative writing. The narrator did a good job. However, I don’t think I would have chosen a British woman to narrate a book about an American Navy Seal. She did a great job nevertheless.

The storyline is very American with FBI, Navy Seals etc etc, so I was surprised that the narrator had an English accent. The two together just didn’t work for me.

enjoyed the story and the reading.

Discovered Blake Pierce through the free books on Audiobooks. Enjoyed the story, but this character of Cora Shields is a bit too gung-ho.

It was like a female John wick or Jack reacher so the action bits were really unbelievable, sad because the plot is so relevant
