Abridged Audiobook
the book starts talkin about volumetrics, which is the concept of eating lower calorie-dense food in higher quantities to feel full and lose weight. however after briefly discussing this the book quickly loses focus and goes into kind of a decade-old out of date stream of diet information. another problem I have is the book telling you to have rice and whole grains, which are extremely calorie dense and goes against the basic concept of the book. if you're eating a standard American fast food diet and you're looking for a good place to start for some basic nutritional info I think this book could help people. however if you already have a fair amount of nutritional knowledge then you'll find this book to be a falsely advertised out-of-date rehash of everything you already know.
