Watch Over Me

She knows what she heard. No one believes her. But someone will do anything to make sure she never proves it.

Houston cop Rowan Beale survives the shootout that kills her partner, only to have her department dismiss what she heard before her rescue as a trauma response. Branded unstable and stripped of active duty, she retreats to the small town of Wishful to care for her recovering great-uncle.

Ex-Navy pilot Nash Brewer offers Rowan a safe place to land. More importantly, when she tells him what really happened in Houston, he believes her.

As friendship turns into something more, the threats Rowan left behind follow her to Wishful. Someone is watching. Someone wants her discredited. And getting close to the truth could put them both in the crosshairs.

A slow-burn, friends-to-lovers romantic suspense about trust, danger, and the one man who believes her when no one else will.
