Ethics can be so dry to read but I did not find that here. It was a good read and it addressed the elephant in the room. You can continue on your course but I think after reading this you will be more mindful of what you put in your mouth.

One of the best books I have read on food production, choices and ethics. Should be mandatory reading for all that eat!
