I recently finished What Lies Between Us , and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Initially, I found myself a bit confused, but as the story unfolded, the suspense and unexpected twists really captivated me. The plot kept me on the edge of my seat, and I loved how the tension built throughout. The narrator did a fantastic job, bringing each character to life with distinct voices that enhanced the storytelling. Her performance added an extra layer of enjoyment to the experience. Overall, this book is a gripping read that I highly recommend!

My first John Marrs listen, kept me changing my mind nearly every chapter as to who was the worst of these two women, the mother or daughter! Countless times of Wow! Have now watched the film The One and will listen to more of his books.

This novel offered an abudant supply of brutality. Elder abuse, extensively. I made it all the way through, and then kicked myself because the ending was ???? First and last of John Marrs.
