While the Prodigal Suns wait for new intel on Heka's whereabouts, Emily finds herself faced with a few new threats of her own, and her newly altered magic suddenly doesn't seem so accidental anymore. There's a rhyme and a reason to her electrifying new abilities—somewhere—and Emily needs to figure out what that is if she wants to stop having so many close calls.
