Unabridged Audiobook
Not very substantial. Many of the family stories were the same as the ones already told, and one entire chapter was a regurgitated children’s story. She was capable of much more.
There was some overlap between her first book (Too Much and Never Enough) and this one, but this was a deeper dive into her father’s life. What a heartbreaking story. I now have a really clear understanding of the types of parental behaviors that create people like Fred and Mary Trump’s four children. Nobody could’ve told or narrated this story better than Mary Trump.
