I've already listened to this book (made up of 3 smaller books) twice and I still feel like I could listen to it 30 more times and get more out of it. It is practical, it makes sense, and I am already starting to receive benefits from practicing this way of life. I am very grateful that my boss recommended this book because I feel that it is a life-changer, especially when you start implementing ALL of the practices. One complaint I had about the narration was the SPEED. I feel that it would've been helpful if it were to slow down a bit and insert pauses every once in awhile so you can really grasp the concept, because it's a lot to take in and I was constantly having to back up and re-listen. Overall though, very good.
