Magic, mischief, and a dash of romance. Welcome back to Cranley!

Jo Milligan's current situation:

Runs the village's best café? Check.
Serves the same regulars every day? Check.
Life going a bit stale? Unfortunately, check.
Polish an old lamp and get a sassy Geordie genie as a flatmate? NOT on the menu.

Jo loves her café, A Bit of Crumpet, but lately she's been craving something more than the perfect scone recipe. Then Cranley's newest (and grumpiest) resident, Harvey Quinn, storms through her door demanding black coffee and radiating hostility.

Before Jo can figure out if she wants to throttle Harvey or kiss him, she accidentally releases Aaliyah—a drop-dead gorgeous Geordie genie with zero filter and a creative approach to wish-granting. Suddenly Jo's orderly life involves magical mayhem, café disasters, and a genie who thinks 'subtle' is a myth.

Between Harvey's secrets, Aaliyah's chaos, and three wishes that could change everything, Jo needs to figure out what she really wants. And whether her heart can handle the answer.

Because sometimes the best things in life come with a side of magic… and a very grumpy man who won't stop coming back for coffee.

A Wish for Jo is the second hilarious instalment in the Cranley Wishes series. Grumpy hero? Check. Sassy genie? Check. Small-town Scottish romance with laugh-out-loud moments and all the feels? Absolutely. Perfect for British rom-com fans who love their heroes wounded and their magic chaotic.
