Witch Unexpected

Debbie Cassidy did an amazing job with the world she created for this series! Her characters are fantastic and the world building and storyline is so unique and brilliant! And Leanne Woodward’s narrating is top notch! Her voice is fabulous and the way she can change the inflection in her voice for the different characters is great! I really enjoyed this book and highly recommend it to anyone who loves fantasy, witches and wolves!

I’ve not read Deadside Reapers so this is my introduction to Cora. I feel like I didn’t get much of her backstory and I’m not sure if it’s to come or if it’s because I’ve not read the other series? I love Jasper. I want to know more about him, definitely sad there wasn’t more of him. I thought the story flowed very well. There was a lot of information and it was paced very well. I never felt overwhelmed or like I was missing anything. I saw that first twist coming but definitely not the second. That was a bit crazy but I get it. Can’t wait for the next book!

So... I stumbled into this without reading Deadside Reapers, but I see that I'll be diving into that one. I just need to binge Cora's story first. I don't mind the hints of the first series, even though I'm sure it'll add another layer. Cora is awesome on her very own, and I totally need a mogwai in my life. Three hot wolf shifters and a hawt, evil spirit wouldn't suck either. Action packed, smexual tension to the max, but pretty much no burn, mystery, plot twists and betrayal - this book has it all. The narration by Leanne Woodward makes it even better. Time to dive right into the next book. Just kidding - I couldn't help myself and I'm halfway through. Bingeworthy!

It is nice to finally read a book where I am unable to predict the ending. The main character is extremely likeable and the conflicts are believable with good momentum throughout. I do feel for Jasper though. I feel like there is so much about that character and his intentions we still don’t know.

Wow, I absolutely loved this book by Debbie Cassidy. It was great finally getting Cora's book and can not wait to devour the rest of the series. The continuation of this shared world had me gripped once again. I enjoyed meeting new characters and hearing about old ones. And can i say that ending

this one was my introduction into this author's stories, which drew me in and since then I have read and/or listened to every book since. In this book we are getting Cora's story which she was introduced in a previous story. This one is worth reading and/or listening to.

This is Cora, Fee's BFF from Deadside Reapers stories. Cora is learning more about what it means to be witch born under the thirteenth sign. Jasper is still tethered to her and not happy that she will be bonded to three werewolves. Tor, Leif and Rune. Cora is sassy strong willed and determined not to fall in love with her new mates. This is another brilliant book from Debbie Cassidy. The narration is excellent I am of to read the next in this series.
