Wood's Trigger: Action & Adventure in the Florida Keys

A hidden cache. A weaponized lie. And a fuse already burning in the Florida Keys.

When salvager Mac Travis pulls a sealed crate from a wreck off the backcountry, he expects contraband—maybe drugs, maybe guns. What he finds instead is far worse: military-grade drones, stripped of their payload… but still linked to a targeting system aimed straight at the heart of the Keys.

Someone is planning a strike—and setting the stage to blame it on Cuba.

With the ordnance missing and the clock ticking, Mac is forced into a dangerous game. The men behind the operation aren’t foreign agents—they’re family. Bound by blood, divided by ideology, and willing to burn the region to spark a war that’s been simmering for generations.

Outgunned and running without backup, Mac has one chance to stop it: put everything back where he found it, follow the enemy to the end of the line, and expose the truth before the first drone launches.

But in the dangerous waters of the Keysf, secrets don’t stay buried—and neither do the dead.

From the backcountry flats to the deep Gulf, Wood’s Trigger delivers high-stakes action, authentic Keys grit, and a race against time that will leave you breathless.
