Unabridged Audiobook
A great ending to a great series, just wish there was more to do with these specific characters that you spent hours getting to know, seems left open for more but I know the series that follows this has nothing to do with these characters, it's a melancholy feeling to leave them behind, well worth the read, books 1-4 all.
The story and characters overall is pretty good. I understand this series to be the author's debut as well. My only gripe with this series is the narrator's bizarre choices for character's accents when reading their lines. I get that there is supposed to be a certain suspension of disbelief when reading fantasy, and some listeners may be getting bored with the bland English accent that most narrator's effect when reading fantasy to make it sound different from contemporary American English, but this author used a variety that was really off putting, sometimes not even heaving people from the same region share the same accent. Some were Australian, Deep South USA, African Islander, and Canadian.
Totally enjoyed this book and the whole series!! Narrator did a great job , also !! Was sad for to end.
