Unabridged Audiobook
The author’s follow up examples were really bad 50% of the time. In the year 2026 I would never walk up to a friend saying u r “thick” today! Especially when half the population is on Ozempic, or a weight loss drug. The author needs to understand the language we use today and improved examples. I am glad she loves her family and grandchildren and grandchildren and grandchildren and grandchildren but this feels like it is written for a “senior” audience. The woman reading needs a great deal more inflection when reading as it feels she is droning on & on & on in a very very slow pace. It was hard to stay awake!
Really informative and consists nice exercises that help put the philosophy in practice. Narrator reads slightly too fast in my opinion, slightly slowing the pace is much better.
Great book...its a must read and weekly practice. This books helps you learn more about yourself you haven't discovered yet.
