Yoga for the Surf Vol 1 is a 60 minute class devised especially for surfers, water skiers, wake boarders and kite surfers. Yoga for the Surf Vol.1 is a practical and effective yoga class that can be used again and again to improve your performance on the water and it is also ideal to use after a session to stretch and relax your body.
The class starts with a short relaxation session to focus your mind and prepare the body for the 18 simple and effective postures that follow. Each posture is introduced using clear, easy-to-follow instructions which are combined with a subtle atmospheric background music track. The class then ends with a short relaxation session that will leave your body and mind feeling relaxed and tuned.
The class is accompanied by a free PDF visual reference guide booklet that highlights the instructions and gives a series of photos for each yoga posture included.
