Yoga on a Chair contains two different easy to follow 32 minute classes. Each Yoga on a Chair class starts with a short guided relaxation to focus the mind and prepare the body. Both then continue with a number of different adapted gentle postures and movements before concluding with a longer guided relaxation section.
The classes are ideal for those with restricted movement and those recovering from illness or injury. They will gently calm the mind and release tension from the body leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
The classes are devised and instructed by Sue Fuller and were recorded in a professional sound studio. The clear verbal tuition in each class is combined with a subtle background music track which sets a relaxing mood and pace. Sue Fuller is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine and is a leading yoga teacher, writer and training course author who has studied and taught around the world for almost 20 years.
Yoga on a Chair is accompanied by a free PDF visual reference guide booklet that highlights the instruction and gives a series of photos for each posture as well as tips on how to get the most from the classes.
