I read this book after I took my first Reiki session. Should have read BEFORE. It was very good, I would recommend it for anyone who is thinking about Reiki or would like to experience an energy session. Questions to ask before Reiki Treatment: Where is the treatment held? What is involved in a reiki treatment? Do you do anything else apart from your reiki practices during your treatment?
