Dr. Cage finally opens his private practice in San Francisco, and his very first patient opens up his eyes to a mindset that he didn't know existed there are gay men who refuse to bottom.


Originally assuming all men were verse, Dr. Cage sets out to help the tops of San Francisco figure out why they don't like to bottom, and even has a few of his own odd experiences along the way. Are these men willing to change their minds for the right man? Dr. Cage vows to help them figure it out, no matter what he has to do.
