Emily Ross was born in Kentucky, raised in Tennessee, and currently resides in Florida. A college physics major, she trained in programming when computers were newborn, and served as an Air Force officer during the Viet Nam war. As well as poetry, she has written Star Trek stories and published fanzines. She has dabbled in many creative arts, from sewing clothes to building and launching model rockets, from cross-stitch and bargello to stained glass and jewelry design. Wife, mother, and grandmother, she enjoys reading, bowling, snorkeling, and Duplicate Bridge.
