Doug Fields is a teaching pastor at Saddleback Church. A youth pastor for over twenty-five years, Doug has served in his current capacity since 1992. He has authored or coauthored more than fifty books, including the highly acclaimed, award-winning Purpose Driven Youth Ministry and his latest book, Refuel: An Uncomplicated Guide to Connecting with God. He and his wife, Cathy, have three children and live in Southern California.
