Beatrice Sonders (Basia Gadzuik, 1924-2019) was a survivor of the Holocaust and the atrocities that befell her hometown of David-Horodok. She aspired for the miraculous story of her survival to be known for generations to come. She lived in West Bloomfield, Michigan, and was especially proud of her three daughters, ten grandchildren, and seventeen great-grandchildren.
