Peter Friedman lives in New York with his French wife, Isabelle. He graduated from Harvard Law School, studied East German law on a Fulbright grant, and was counsel to former New York City Mayor Robert F. Wagner at the New York State Constitutional Convention. Peter Friedman's fiction, articles, and humor have appeared in Harper's, Redbook, Cosmopolitan, Saturday Review, The New York Times, The Baltimore Sun, The Chicago Tribune, and The Wall Street Journal, among others.
