Jessica Clarke is a historian and archaeologist with a PhD from University of Oxford. Jessica is a regular contributor to The Classics Podcast and the BBC HistoryExtra Podcast. She has written for The Times Literary Supplement, BBC History Magazine, History Today, History News Network, The Ancient History Magazine and La Repubblica. She has worked on two major exhibitions: Troy: Myth and Reality and Nero: The Man Behind the Myth at the British Museum, and she has also been working with the Museum of London Archaeology, excavating London’s Roman roads and newly discovered Roman baths.
