Tiny Changes, Remarkable Results
No matter your goals, Atomic Habits offers a proven framework for improving--every day. James Clear, one of the world's leading experts on habit formation, reveals practical strategies that will teach you exactly how to form good habits, break bad ones, and master the tiny behaviors that lead to remarkable results.
If you're having trouble changing your habits, the problem isn't you. The problem is your system. Bad habits repeat themselves again and again not because you don't want to change, but because you have the wrong system for change. You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems. Here, you'll get a proven system that can take you to new heights.
Clear is known for his ability to distill complex topics into simple behaviors that can be easily applied to daily life and work. Here, he draws on the most proven ideas from biology, psychology, and neuroscience to create an easy-to-understand guide for making good habits inevitable and bad habits impossible. Along the way, readers will be inspired and entertained with true stories from Olympic gold medalists, award-winning artists, business leaders, life-saving physicians, and star comedians who have used the science of small habits to master their craft and vault to the top of their field.
Learn how to:
• make time for new habits (even when life gets crazy);
• overcome a lack of motivation and willpower;
• design your environment to make success easier;
• get back on track when you fall off course;
...and much more.
Atomic Habits will reshape the way you think about progress and success, and give you the tools and strategies you need to transform your habits--whether you are a team looking to win a championship, an organization hoping to redefine an industry, or simply an individual who wishes to quit smoking, lose weight, reduce stress, or achieve any other goal.
Unfortunately this book was just repetitions of other people's ideas, many of which so well known that I felt frustrated I had bought a book to hear them. The level of this book is suitable for a teenager with no previous knowledge of the world l, humans or behaviour dynamics, and who's biggest problems are wanting to go to the gym or not playing video games. Also the author tries to get traffic to his website too aggressively. He directs you to his website every five minutes.

It’s not a bad book, but what I found valuable would fit in a 15min YouTube video...

Not to sound pretentious, by I am a picky reader. I loved this book. It is fantastic for anyone looking to be their own master of discipline. The writer does a terrific job advising you in a way that your favorite older sibling or cousin would advise you. He is not pushy nor does he make you feel bad because you failed at being disciplined. Great approach and great perspective.

This book helped me make so many healthy changes in my life. I often listened to this on my way to work or when going on walks. I contemplated how I could implement the changes discussed in this book.

I’m not even done and it’s amazing. Would definitely recommend
Easily one of my most favorite books of all time
Honestly this book make me think a lot. I think I might listen to this book a few more times. I really appreciate it this book. :)
Very good read (listen). I haven’t listened to a “self improvement book in a long time, because I felt that at my age I don’t get much out of them. But this was very helpful to determine small steps that can make a big difference in one’s life.
Good book especially for people with mid life crisis.
Lovely book and amazing message for life long change.
I enjoyed this.
Cool listen
solid book, easy listen....some basic ideas but helps put a plan in place to change and to grow
Great book, great tips and strategies and a lot of interesting general information . But very repetitive
I don’t see how this book would be helpful. Everything that covered is common sense.
Love how it helps you learn new habits. I will be listening to this book multiple times.
Try to be 1% better everyday, very useful and possible.
Highly recommend! Loved listening to James Clear and his step by step approach to making changes in your life to be the person you want to be.
I particularly like this kind of matters and found the book interesting, with several useful tips on building habits. I also liked that the narrator is the author himself.
I enjoyed it. James provides clear strategies with plenty of research and real-life situations.
good---------
Excellent book.

Best book I’ve had the pleasure of learning from.
Truly life changing information.
good read
great! enjoyable and informative
I will read this book over and over, at least once a year! So powerful!
It is a very good book it does a good job of putting together all the information, many of the things it mentions I already knew it just put them together probably it could be a shorter book
I really enjoyed the heck outta this audiobook, I liked his examples and the info was really applicable. The parts that I had already learned about from other books came with new ways to implement this knowledge into my life
This book is so good. Changed my life
Such a great book full of practical advice to help you make the changes in your life you need for the success you are wanting in your life.
Thought provoking and motivating.
Not worth it. The valuable info could fit into a 3minutes naration. Which you can most likely find on youtube or anywhere else for free. Nothing unknown in here. Just a bunch of reported stories. Very very repetitive. Literally. Says each principle 3 times. Very great waste of time/money. I went through it all just to make sure I didn’t miss anything. And I didn’t. Only wasted my time.
This book is fire!!!
Excellent!!!
Awesome narrative and easy listening.
Very good book and useful. will change a lit of lives
Easy, concise, and powerful.
Helpful book, nice analogies, easy to apply knowledge.
great. also has chapter summaries in the actual book if you for some reason didn't get the main point he was saying
Great practical tips.
Changed my life
I enjoyed this book very much! it was broken down to be easily understood. it can be applied to so many aspects of life. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone.
If you want to make a change. James Clear pays it all out for you.
Well, fisrt I thought the narrator's voice somehow lack of passion, however later I was immersed in the content. A great and encouraging book! I feel lucky to find it.
Scientifically based, practical. I very much enjoyed it. The beginning was a bit rough to listen to without warning, particularly as I was recovering from a surgery and quite raw, coping with pain at the time. Still, I stayed engaged and am inspired to apply the principles outlined.
