Loved this book so much!
This book hooked me fast and wouldn't let go. I found myself tearing up regularly and outright crying on the bus. It was so hopeful and moving and I can't wait to listen again.
Good. On many levels.
This is not a peepshow view of one person's path to the life she desires, it's more of a 'sit down with me and I'll tell you _everything_' event.
It's open, witty, and interesting. She was trained in therapy not to keep secrets, so you get the whole enchilada with sauce that drips off the plate.
While getting my noodle wrenched on would likely do me well, what I really lust is the connection of a group like hers.
It's nowhere near my normal genre, but I'm glad I chose this book.
A truly amazing story. well read too
I was not able to finish the book. There was too much unnecessary profanity. I have no problem with a little bit of profanity when it adds to the character or story, but in this case it simply felt unnecessary.
Good read it was informative and entertaining to hear about the author’s journey through therapy.
Two thumbs down. Talk about a needy character.... Yuck!
