Unabridged Audiobook
I found this to be such a moving story. I remember reading a description of it when it was short-listed for the Booker Prize 2025 and it did not sound of interest but then I saw a discussion with the author on PBS which did peak my interest. The book is told in a very personable way, the family issues are so real, and the whole experience of listening to this story was so satisfying and comfortable. I strongly recommend it if you are looking for a book that you can easily immerse yourself in. The narration was great.
Brilliant book.
Great book. Reminiscent of Rabbit and a nice nod to Updike.
