Super cheesy storyline and the narrator’s interpretation of the main character was childlike whiny and angry. She was described as a hunter and protector of her family when no one else could, but she just came off as timid, scared and unobservant. Not really a likable character which made the rest of the storyline incredibly unbelievable (for a fantasy genre).

I was already in love with this series, as I’ve read the physical books at least 3 times over, but this really took my imagination for this book to a whole new level! ACOTAR lovers beware :)

amazing! it was a slow start but I could not put the book down!

Starts off a bit slow, then it grabs you. I enjoy the fact that it has a full cast. I am hooked and can't wait to start volume 2.

Fantastically put together, with everything from background music and sound effects. The actors brought it really to life.

This graphic audio narration is terrible. I listened to the original version of this and it’s much better. Usually I really like Graphic audio but the selection of the main character narration sounds too young and immature for my tastes. Tamlin and Lucien didn’t sound that great either. I couldn’t get through this, just get the recorded books version narrated by Jennifer Ikeda instead.

I tried reading this book the traditional way and did not succeed - I just couldn't get into it. This graphic audio version of the audiobook was phenomenal though, and brought it to life enough that I consumed the entire thing in one sitting

First time doing a graphic audio. It's definitely not for me, but, I absolutely loved this book. The twists and turns, secrets and bravery. So excited to get to know Rhysand more as well.

This book is always a comfort to read when I’m looking for a fantasy book that feels like a fairytale for adults. Then end of the book is pretty action packed and the graphic audio really brought the pages to life for me!

The story was fun, and the narration was grand.

story is really good. I bought these on the 2 for 1 on graphic audio. I wish I hadn't. its probably a personal taste but the background made it hard to listen and was distracting more than it was emersive

The pacing is off and half the time it's a struggle to hear the voices over the annoying background noises. the other noises therefore end up taking away from it instead of adding to it.

Really enjoyed this book. Have not before listened to an audio book in this way. Took some adjusting but then really enjoyed the immersiveness.

Personally for me I think the production is a bit distracting sometimes. Very well done, but being ADHD outside noise often distracts me. But a great story. And will listen to second half of this, but I’m unlikely to do another Production type audio.

I really enjoyed listening to this . I actually could not stop , everytime I got home, showered, ate, and even driving my car it was there for me to listen too. It definitely is one of those books that had me needing more . I think the cast did a really good job at portraying the emotions and intentions of the characters

The narrators are amazing.

The Graphic audio/sounds made this read amazing, like a movie in your ears. Will be hard to read the other books physically after listening to this masterpiece. Makes it such an easy read.

I couldn't do this narration style and pseudo-live performance for some reason. I have listened to BBC audio plays and loved them, but this was awful.

Excruciatingly cheesy, made much worse by the narrators. I had to stop listening.

Captivating and beautiful

Really enjoyed this graphic audiobook. I thought the storyline was great, the so are the characters, can't wait to hear the 2nd part.

I first read ACOTR back in 2022 and instantly fell in love with it. I was hesitant to listen to the Graphic Audio, but I'm so glad that I did. I forgot how much I loved this book, and the series, and can't wait to listen to the rest!

Amazing book!

The best book I’ve come across in the last decade! I have been listening to audiobooks for some time and also reading paperback. None have been as gracefully written, or had such a tasteful approach to describing those sensual moments. The whole story was perfectly described, and designed to tug on my heart strings with every word. Each chapter made me feel like I was in another world, everything the characters felt, I felt. I was so involved in every part of this book that I instantly want to read it again. I’ve already downloaded the next book in the series and can’t wait to fall in love with that one too.

I was having a hard time reading it myself until I started the audiobooks. So excited to continue the series
