I would say that "The A-Z of Real estate" as a title is a better fit! Very inside Full, excellent book.

Great info

Lots of good info but the narrator is the wooooorst. Just couldn’t hook me. I’ve never thought I could be angry about the way someone speaks.

Great book for learning hands on investment tactics.

Misleading. Ken himself says "everyone he knows started small". Or something very close to that. Yet he starts very LARGE in this book. This is a great perspective for buying, selling or managing a large apartment complex. It is NOT the "A, B, C's" of Real Estate Investing. Maybe the "X, Y, Z's" or perhaps the "L, M, N's" per se.

A great and easy introduction to real estate investing. A good and strong strategy is discussed here.
