Sign up for our 30 day free trial, and get your first book free, no strings attached. Cancel anytime during those 30 days, no questions asked. Once your free trial has expired, your monthly subscription fee will be automatically charged to the billing information on your account, and you can continue to enjoy great audio books.
**Please note that your free trial begins the day you sign up. For example, if you signed up for the free trial on June 1st the last day of your trial would be July 1st.
Absolutely! With our subscription plan, one credit is automatically added to your account each month. To get more, you can either purchase top-up credits through the website or claim books instantly using our InstaCredit feature in the app.
InstaCredit is an easy and hassle-free way to instantly purchase an extra credit and apply it to an audio book without leaving the app. The InstaCredit feature can only be used if you have no remaining credits in your account. To use InstaCredits, make sure the feature is enabled under the Settings menu. Then, choose the book you want and follow the popups. A credit will be instantly purchased and redeemed for that book.
This is a tricky question because audio book titles vary in size. If you're streaming an audio book, we suggest having at least 150MB of bandwidth. If you're downloading the audio book to your iPhone or Android smartphone, it's best to have at least 500MB of bandwidth free.
Some relationships just aren't meant to be, which is why there are absolutely no restrictions on when you can cancel your Audiobooks.com membership. Go to the My Account section of the website (the link is in the top right when you're logged in) and cancel online with the click of a link.

Yes! We're happy to offer our service internationally. Publisher region restrictions mean that not every book in our library is available in every country, but we're working hard to improve the availability of our titles all over the world.
If you're an Audiobooks.com member from North America and you'll be travelling outside of the USA or Canada, you may not have access to purchase all the same titles that you can at home. Publisher restrictions don't allow for credits being redeemed outside of permitted regional zones, so if there's a title you can't wait to listen to, we recommend adding it to your library before you leave. Once you've added a book to your library, you can download, delete or stream them as required no matter where you are.
Our combined Preview and Play button allows you to listen to an audio book before committing. If you don't like the audio book, stop at any time. Around the three-minute mark of most books, you'll be prompted to hit "Continue". If you're enjoying the narrator and story when you get to this point, hit "Continue" and keep listening. If not, preview a few more until you find a great listen.
If you're listening on one of our apps for iPhone or Android, your download won't start until after you hit "Continue".

When you stream an audio book, you're able to instantly listen to the book over your internet connection. The great thing about streaming is that you don't need to download the audio book first to listen to it, and it doesn't take up space on your device.
Downloading is a great option when you have an internet connection and want to keep the book on your device for offline listening, especially if you're heading somewhere with poor reception.
Audiobooks.com currently offers downloadable files to iOS and Android devices only.
From time to time, some email providers mistake Audiobooks.com emails as spam. If you haven't been getting Audiobooks.com emails, first check your junk mail or spam folder. If there are Audiobooks.com emails there, mark them as "Safe" or "Move to inbox". Next, make sure that you've added email@example.com to your safe senders list. If you still find that you aren't receiving emails from us to your current email address, try signing up with a free webmail service such as Hotmail or Gmail.
Thanks to our HTML5 web app, you can also listen to audio books using almost any other internet-enabled device, like laptops and tablets. We recommend that you check with your mobile provider to make sure you have a data plan.
